Justice, the Bible, & Refugees: With Tim Stafford

Join us at Bethany Presbyterian for our forum on Justice, the Bible, and Refugees.

Friday February 24, 7:00 – 9:00pm and Saturday February 25, 9:00am – noon.

This event is free, and all donations will go to World Relief.

The main speaker, Tim Stafford, is the general editor of Zondervan’s God’s Justice Bible, as well as a senior writer for Christianity Today. Stafford recently travelled to Europe to write about the refugee crisis for Books and Culture Magazine.

Dr. Tim Dearborn and Dr. Kerry Dearborn will lead a discussion about “welcoming the stranger” in the Bible. Luke Williams from World Relief, Seattle will offer several opportunities to connect and get involved with the refugee crisis.

Several others will present on personal experiences of connecting with marginalized communities.
